I am almost giving up killing myself in the gym. I have heard countless times from people that to lose the weight around the waist (mind you it's not much) it's all about clean eating. What I don't get is what do they mean by clean eating? Is it no sugar whatsoever (as in sodas, any drinks with sugar, no fatty pork ribs, no sugar in your coffee etc).

I weigh 190 pounds, good muscle tone on my back, biceps, chest but the abs ain't showing. Please help me in terms of how much of clean eating I have to do to finally have that six pack and make my wife happier

Clean eating is a dumb as eff term with no standard meaning. If you cant see your abs you are simply not lean enough yet. Eat at a caloric deficit until you are.

Not right now I don't. I'm 16 or 17 percent right now. Had my abs showing nicely in April and was around 12% at about 180. I think for most folks who lift 12% is where they start to show but 10 and under is where they pop. And if you ask me there is no move better than front squat to work your core.

Almost no one has a six-pack. I more or less assume people are lying when they say they do. Hell, fitness models and bodybuilders don't have them most of the time.

For most people maintaining them all of the time is simply not reasonable or worth it. I work with a lot of fitness models and figure competitors now and not very many stay abs lean except around shows.

Try going from an L sit with hands on the inside of your legs to a hand stand (I do this on the bench in between sets) now that's core!

As difficult as that sounds and as good of a workout it may be I am 99% sure it would end with me breaking my neck.

How long did it take you to get it. What's your training/eating regimen?

Letting you know your better off doing Decca Durabolin. HGH unfortunately has some crappy side effects that's aren't fun, I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Total joke btw. I don't think I have the nads to traffic drugs

Just crazy that someone actually has an HGH hook up. I've had many people ask me about it.

Mind if I ask how you got a hook up?

I've been going to the gym consistently since 2003. Prob took me a full year to get lean enough to see abs. I do a six day split- work each muscle group twice a week with two days rest in between. I will train abs maybe three times a week. For cardio I either ride a mtn bike around or go to the track and sprint the straights, walk the curves for 8 laps or so (2 miles). My girl and I love to hike and stuff too.. so we are always trying to stay active.

I try to eat pretty healthy- but I still drink beer and eat pizza every once in a while. If I eat high calories one day.. the next day I try to balance it out and take in a much lower amount. But I eat eggs (one or two with yolk), chicken, fish, steak every once in a while, turkey, whey protein, tuna, cottage cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, tons of raw veggies or steamed, salads, some fruit, lots of water, coffee, tea, flax seed, multivitamin, alpha lipoic acid, cla.. that's pretty much the bulk of it. As long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in.

Staying consistent in everything you do will yield positive results.
