Ive been with this team through thick and thin since I was a kid. I got two degrees from UF while SOS built us and won our first title. Those were great times. Then I watched my little brother go through UF during two titles in each major sport. Unbelievable! In the in between I watched Zook run us down, hard as he tried. Yet he built the core of the mercenary Meyer's championships. This current situation is ridiculously embarrassing. This bulldog HC is the perfect demonstration of the Peter Principle. Great coordinator but awful, awful head coach. Time to move on before we reach directional school status. We are in real danger of becoming irrelevant. Do any of you think that any other major program would put up with this comical level of mismanagement for a fourth year? Nothing personal but it is obviously time to fire Muschamp and get a real HBC. We aren't a directional school or are we, Jeremy?

    CRIMDEF, you stated...
"We are in real danger of becoming irrelevant."

We've already reached that status...unranked getting 0 votes for top 25 consideration.

CRIM, it's ONLY football. It sucks to sit in a bar and watch georgia fans get off on their boys physically punishing out guys- which is something I would have never expected from a Muschamp team- but that's the way it goes. It's ONLY football and says nothing about you or our University. Your degrees still have the same value.

C'mon man it's not that bad....thick and thin? If you started with Steven Orr you have no idea what thin really is...plus who do we get? Muschamp gets another year, injuries have been beyond stupid. Call it an excuse but it is what it is. His seat will be hot enough next year. Not a coach in the country that could have lost what we lost, period. With some real garbage on the field we have only managed to be blown out once. So far I get it...the names I see thrown around to replace him on this site make me laugh. Makes you wonder if these jokers are kidding...breathe in breathe out....repeat...if we held ourselves as accountable as we want to hold muschamp none of us would have a job....florida will never be irrelevant ....

^^^^ this, ugh. Now I'm not saying Muschamp does not have balls, but university of Florida needs a HC with BALLS, and one who is not afraid to ruffle the feathers of the others in the conference. The two best we had (Spurrier,Meyer) got under the skin of quite a few, and they just did not care.

I think what he is getting at, and correct me if I'm wrong, is that there is an entitlement when you watch Florida, especially if you have a degree from there. Even if you do not, and you spend full price on tickets there is a feeling of entitlement, that is because you pay, and donate money to this program, so you feel ownership. If your investor is not making the best decisions, with your money, what do you do? You take your money away, until that company finds you a new one. It is kind of the same thing here. Everyone is investing money, into a product, that they simply do not condone.

At least that is how I feel.

On the verge of being irrelevant? Really? FSU went through how many years of mediocrity? 10?? Pulease! We will be fine, no reason to jump off a building.

There is a big difference between FSU and UF, so let be real. Same recruiting hot bed, but Florida is "The School" in Florida.... Well, not as of now.

I'm ashamed, too. Of posters like you! Good God, some of you act like my kids when they were toddlers in the toy aisle of Target, throwing a tantrum because they couldn't get what they wanted RIGHT NOW! What's next? Holding your breath until you turn blue?

BTW, entitled and spoiled is not a compliment.
