how to govern--per a philosopher from 2600 years ago

    There are items in the article that Dems/libs won't like.
    and about an equal number GOP/Cons/TP/libertarians won't like

    the article with comments by the philosopher bases the notion of governing on human nature. Though technology, and many things have changes----basic human nature has not changed much over the centuries. Things the comments don't address is big business, unions, etc. But that can be extrapolated.
