After watching this abortion of an offense and seeing what played out the last few weeks, I think it's clear that some things are going to have to change or else. I wonder if stops with the O staff or it includes everyone? What are the thoughts out there? I wanted Will to be the one to get us back but the more I see, the more I am convinced that he isn't the one. We have done our very best with an offensive guy and I think it's time to go back to that. Also, I think the recruiting has suffered the last few years and we aren't doing enough to break the cycle and get those top notch guys. I just wonder if we make that change now or take another year. I do think, fwiw, that Muschamp has coached his ass off and I give him full props for the work he's done, but I don't think he can turn it. I am leaning toward Art Briles. He is sounding better and better.

I'm not sure how good of a head coach muschamp is, but he has a very weak coaching staff--a bunch of gaps in that group

I joked last week about Fedora coming over. This offense makes Fedora look like the return of the Christ.

You can criticize Muschamp's coaching, but I dont see how is recruiting can be knocked. He's one of the best in the business IMO. Only think I can somewhat criticize regarding recruiting is low OL numbers, but we also had some transfers\dismissals that hurt us there.

Today was the worst gator performance, both from the players and the coaches, that I have ever seen in my life. Going back to the late 80's.

He's had 2 classes, his oldest recruits are sophomores. Fowler, Bullard, Morrison, Jones, Poole, plus many others are playing well but they're still sophomores. (I dont count the transition class that he had 6 weeks to work on)

No doubt his coaching can be criticized, but there are very few coaches I'd take over Champ based strictly on recruiting.

I think by next fall we will see an entirely new offensive coaching staff. Muschamp will have to get rid of Pease if he wants to be here a while, it will have to be a homerun hire as well.

He's had 3 classes whether you think his first one was good or not.

You think Muschamp is responsible for a class he had 45 days to work on? He didnt recruit any of those guys, Meyer did.

Blaming our players is nonsense. We get studs. Our studs have gone backwards 3 years in a row. No excuses there.

Fedora was a solid coordinator whose offenses were pretty good. The head coach was an awful game manager.

Are you kidding? Florida doesn't pay that much compared to other schools for assistants.

I doubt Foley would approve as much as he paid Charlie Weis ever again.

Morris makes $1.3 million, the highest-paid assistant coach at a public school.

That's what his demands were to get him there at Clemson.

Foley made an exception for Weis due to the resume and previous pay scale level.
