What about the private contractors that were furloughed?

Were private contractors actually furloughed or did their contract recquire them to be paid?

Well some will just have to bear the pain just as some has to bear obama policies. Like all the people losing jobs and being cut back to 28 hours a week because of obama care. They are expendable

Well they can't actually go back to work. This says they will get back pay when they do return.

If the senate would vote on the individual appropriation bills (like has been done for 200 + years before Doofus was elected), I imagine a lot of people could be put back to work.

The midget (both physically and mentally), Harry Reid, has the ability to make that happen and then doofus just needs to sign his name or put an X down.

So their check will be a little late. Big deal. Vacation at the expense of the taxpayer. What a life.

Typical con let em eat cake response.

The power company and mortgage lender will not care that Boehner delayed their paychecks.

Boo hoo poor old fed workers, that make more than the general public. vacation with pay. A CONservative looks for a solution, while the liberal falls for a CON job.

The senate won't take it up and Obama has already said he'll veto any piecemeal bill. This is just another exercise in futility while waiting for the real showdown on October 17. Hang on to your butts, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Boehner needs to continue sending appropriation bills to the senate. If the midget refuses to allow the senate to vote or refuses to allow the senate to send their own bill back to the house, the default will be on the midget.
