    Interesting.
    Desert Hot Springs must have 3 police cars in total.
    Guess they really got their moneys' worth for a crime-free town in the middle of nowhere.

    Stockton, Richmond and a few other California towns have been on death watch for awhile now.
    Can't figure out how they're all still surviving.

    And remember Bell, Ca where the mayor and his buddies ran off with all the towns' money?

    Jerry Brown must be financing them all under the table just from the sheer embarrassment.
