I don't know what you are talking about. What AGW study and who is "her"?

There was no "feigned indignation." I called the op out for the logical mistakes in his claims. Though you should read my post(s) a bit closer rick since I did not dismiss the study or say anything about its credibility (or validity), just that oranageandbluewinsagain misapplied credibility as a scientific study because Harvard appears in the journal's title. It's a logical fallacy and the op, like you, seem not to get this point.

Yep. The fine world of legal scholarship... Amazing that people get tenure based on what third-year law students think.

Do you really live your life fearing that you're going to be killed by "young African Americans from single mothers"? It always strikes me as unfortunate that one would live in fear of something so unlikely to happen - at least for most of us. You're much more likely to be killed in an auto accident, but you probably don't live in fear of that. Or maybe you do, I suppose some people are afraid of lots of things for no good reason.

Funny argument when compared to what came from the left in regards to gun control.

Lol... "Her" is supposed to be "their" - my cordless keyboard was low on batteries. I like it when you get all fired-up. It's very entertaining. But, you're wrong... I do get the point.

I'm not afraid of guns, so the argument works just fine.
