This is good news, Helton wasn't saving Muschamps job.

Please don't take this question as being negative, because I'm pro Muschamp. In your opinion, what available OC could he bring in that would "save" his job?

Wow, looks like most of the better OCs are gone to HC or locked down with new contracts/raises at the current school.

IF Helton was Muschamp's choice, and IF Helton decides to stay at USC, I'm glad we let him coach in the bowl game and earn the USC OC job. sigh.

This is why you pull the trigger early and not wait for Bowl Games. Will makes another rookie mistake.
Everybody is getting their man, except the Gators. We are waiting for the leftovers like Winston's Friends. LOL

Why do assume this was Will's choice? Could been Helton mandate if he was our first choice.

Grant, if an OC we offer wants the UF to wait, then he isn't our man. Play hardball or get out of the way. Will is feeling his way through this. I know the Gainseville Sun will say he was just an option. LOL. Listen, we need someone who is vested in bringing in offensive highlights, not a sidebar to the defense. I guess with Will everyone is tip toeing around him. I am afraid he will now go and do something rash, we will see.

yo gator05. Instead of hiding behind the "dumb" feature, why not come out like a man and tell me why its dumb? A lot of this board blames Muschamp first when anything goes wrong.

I pray that its not Applewhite and that muchamp has something up his sleeve. we have one week to get our OC. Muschamps name was not brought up very much if at all during our coaching search so who knows what's going to happen

Thank you for making my point. I don't think Mushcamp will ever do anything right by some here. he is here another year whether you like it or not, so why not suck it up an support the gators instead of bellyaching about anything and everything
