Its like an extension of the summer "talking season" for one more week, but worse b/c there is no absolutely no info, the coaches and players are on lock down, and we have no game results and performances to chew on...

..and to make things worse, the media is so shortsighted and "what have you done lately..." focused that you see stuff like this:

    http://espn.go.com/blog/sec/post/_/id/87652/sec-power-rankings-week-1-3

That's right, not playing trends us down, well, at least we're still ranked ahead of Vandy and KY...

Wait, we trended DOWN because of an uncontrollable circumstance of the game being cancelled? ESPN will find any opportunity possible to take a shot at UF.

Yes, that's their intent. Do you realize how many games have been televised by Espn? Did you know we've been on gameday more than any other school in the country? Hell, gatorcountry.com is partnered with them. They also outbid CBS for Tebow. (SEC network) They have nothing against us. I do, however, have something against them.

    #11 might actually be high.
    Kentucky has an offense.

It is pure torture. We have had the suckiest offense in college football for the last several years, go out and hire the hottest OC in the country, and our first game gets cancelled after waiting all offseason.

    Its been a long week.

Really feel robbed having to wait another week to (hopefully) start rinsing the taste of last season from my mouth.

Will be interesting to see how the team responds. Either they will be uber-hungry and focused, or they will be so pent-up that they play with intensity, but lack discipline. Hope it's the former and not the latter.
