is it just me or is it hard to watch pro football...with all the injuries, penalties and reviews it is just not the same as I remember enjoying it...injuries are almost on every play...the hitting is vicious...there is also a lot of parody amongst the teams which also makes for some low scoring games...can get boring at times

Can't stand pro football. I'd rather watch the hot dog eating contest.

Low scoring games? There couldn't be more offense. My main problem with the league now.

The most exciting professional football ever was the old AFL. It took a long time for "This League"TM to choke the fun out of the AFC teams.

The game matchup and the broadcast crew make a big difference to me. So really the big issue is not being able to see the games you want and having to listen to annoying blowhards. Sunday night NBC games are usually far better because of those two factors. Al Michaels should set up a training school for on-air talent.

^^^^ agree... And I like listening to Chris Collinsworth, and Monday night football is the best with Gruden... Guy is just so damn smart with football.

I don't know about all teams but the Bucs are a parody of a football team.

Thanks to Aaron Hernandez, I cannot enjoy NFL games even if I try! How many of you were shocked to hear Pouncey's name being dragged into this? I would hate to hear who is next on the subpoena list.

There's no comparison. It's just not near as exciting as college football! The fastest way I can get a nap in on a Sunday afternoon, is turn an NFL game on, being my easy chair. And it usually only takes about 10 minutes. It happened again today. About an hour later or so I woke up, and saw that I had dropped my Sunday paper in front of me on the floor. I just laughed. :)

To each their own but there are millions who enjoy the NFL. I enjoy both.

I heard the announcers on TV talk about Hernandez, Pouncey, and Florida a dozen times today, thanks to today's subpoena. At the beginning of the season it was worse as more news on AHern came out.
