Figure most of us wont be around tomorrow and maybe even today with travel and all that so wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving today while I may still catch some people.

To all the posters in GCH&F a big thanks for providing great info, motivation and discussions on all things health and fitness.

FYI: a slice of pecan pie is 503 calories, whereas a slice of apple pie has only 412. So, I recommend apple pie a la mode.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

I had apple today...heavy on the whip cream-kind of a first pass in an effort to prepare myself, a bit of a primer for the gluttonous onslaught that will shortly follow. Not even thinking of lightening up until next Monday."...A thin wafer mint?"
