    Though transitioning from gymnastic to mostly dumbbell work, the last few weeks, I left the planche leans in my warmup. The leans don't hurt my shoulders like tuck planches did. And they're great for abs too.

    So, in leaning forward today ... my feet came off the ground! Didn't hold as long as the kid in the vid does. Still ...

    It wasn't a fluke. Was able to replicate it today, albeit for just a couple of seconds. Will probably try this once a week for now.

    I was thinking I could get a special exemption just for being able to do half the stuff they do, half as well as they do it, at my age.
