    As I said above, there is not going to be one exact answer because costs must be valued. Also, the damages themselves will vary, e.g. does one consider climate change a cost? The Epstein analysis seems to consider around 10 separate effects from fatalities in coal transportation to climate to cardiovascular disease from mercury. The total leaves us with this calculation:

    I believe Ben was speaking of Whole Foods charging higher prices for things like "Free Range" chicken and "wild" line caught Salmon and "pesticide free" granola. That is consumer free choice, not government "subsidizing" those choices. Whereas in "green energy" how much taxpayer treasure (all borrowed) has been lost on Obama financed scams to his bundlers?

    Yep, the Sun will shine, thank GOD. But right now we have about 100 to 200 years of coal, NG, and oil right here in the U.S.A. that we need to exploit.
