He has been around this league as a defensive coach for a very very long time. I think he is one of the best in the league. He dismantled the Gators making the defensive field smaller with no threat of a fly route or a long pass. Oh, some will say SOS beat him badly during the glory years...... but did anybody have success against Spurrier with his new fun and gun?

A good defense and scheme will make an average offense look bad any day.

John Chavis is one of the best in the game. Not surprising he shut down our predictable offense.

John Chavis didn't "shut down" our offense. We've beaten Chavis like a drum consistently when he doesn't have the horses. Like it or not, he does now.

So he just so happened to dial up this great scheme against us this week after getting gashed by UGA? Heck MSU and Auburn scored 3 TDs each on this team. Maybe we are just a really easy offense to stop.

They called a great defense against a predictable offense. If we even have Weis in there calling the offense (and trust me I don't want Weis in there calling the plays), we put up 20. Weis put up 11 against them at red stick against a better defense with less talent.
