Scott Armstrong. He was a mean SOB
I mean, if we are posting some of the hits. The following is still the most violent hit I've ever seen in person. This was my third Gator game in person. I was a young one. But this hit made a sound when it happened and the audience definitely heard it. Rest in peace, Jarvis Williams:
I was about 20 rows up from the field.... "that sound" was like a car wreck. Seriously.
Most vicious hit I've ever seen/heard by far in person.
And Bratton was one tough SOB. He came back and played very well in that game.
Jarvis Williams was baaaad. And don't forget Scott Brantley.
Tony Lilly, pound for pound (and he didn't have many), loved to lay the lumber.
I was there in the bottom of the North End Zone...never forget that one.
Casey Weldon will say Darren mickel
Man, Darren Mickel is a great one. He was a bad, bad man.
Lomas played offense, bro
Not huge hitters but William Gaines and Ellis Johnson were beasts at dtackle
He was unblockable that game. Bullrushed his man over and over
How about Ellis Johnson
beat you by 2 minutes
No jevon kearse?
I remember him! Good answer.
Sammy Green was a mean assed LB and what about Alex Brown ? Ask Tee Martin !
Ding ding ding. We have a winner!
