I've had pretty small forearms for awhile and I'm trying to add some muscle/definition to them. Anybody know some effective lifts that will help me see results sooner rather than later?

Do heavy pulling movements. Deadlifts, rows, pullups, etc. Get stronger in these and your forearms will of necessity get bigger.

Work out with kettlebells. I also agree with Dream's post above - do deadlifts, pullups, anything that involves a heavy load hanging from your forearms. Grip and forearm strength will increase significantly.

But DEFINITELY check out the kettlebells. Those will do a number on your forearm muscles.
