35 on the porch 56 in the greenhouse here in Irvine
Mother Nature is "giving us a break" today and warming up to a high of 27*!
I'd grab some shorts and dress shoes, but unfortunately that swarmy little B is only warming it up so she can dump 12"-15" on us them slam us back to down to single digit highs (at best) for the weekend.
Just wait for your flash flood season!
Yesterday, the temperature was above 20 for the first time since Christmas day. It's 34 today and I'm wearing a tee shirt and a hoody.
Went almost 5 days without seeing a temp above freezing. (Night time wind chills near zero)
Never been through that in my 40 plus years in the south. Finally shot up to 50 today and the snow is finally melting. Yes...5 inches...in coastal Carolina.
I dont know how yankees do it. I guess they burn stuff in parking lots. (Right Bills fans?)
47° and cloudy, will rain later this afternoon.
...just like always.
Expecting a low front to come through Phoenix tomorrow night. Expected to drop up to 1/2 inch of rain with a high temperature Wednesday of only 61 degrees. Brrrr.
I’m envious. It just rains here. And the clouds.
Finally got above freezing today. Tomorrow and Wednesday normal seasonal temps (high around 45) for the DC area. Forecast high is above 60 by Friday.
nights predicted to be in the 50s until Sunday, giving the greenhouse heaters a rest
So sorry for all y'all suffering the 30s-50s. We will not see fifty until May. Today was our first day into double digits (hit 27) since mid December. 27 and sunny blue skies was quite gorgeous after weeks of sub zero lows (had one day with a high of -8). Looks like snow tomorrow and Wednesday. I'm ok with that - can get out skiing.
