One of the worst gator games I've ever seen in my life:

    LSU vs. Florida 2011
    http://espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=312810099

Florida had to play with their 3rd string QB, a freshman who had never taken a snap, against the #1 team in the country @ LSU...

In that game, Florida managed 11 offensive points and had 213 total yards on 48 plays, good for about 4.2 yards per play.

LSU overpowered Florida's depleted defense with 238 rushing yards and 215 passing yards on 63 plays (7.2 Yards per play)

Now let's fast forward to today against Missouri:
    http://espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=332920142

Florida had 10 offensive points, and 151 yards on 60 plays, good for about 2.5 yards per play.

Missouri, playing with their BACK UP QB, gained 500 yards, 295 passing 205 rushing, on 73 plays (6.85 yards per play)

So... let me get this straight...

Three years later, we are actually worse now, than we were playing #1 on the road in 2011 with our third string freshman QB?

    Hmm.

What's your point? Say it loud and proud so Foley will hear you.

Somehow I don't think Foley reads swamp gas. He's probably a paying member.

For the record, I was extremely disappointed with the coaching today. I thought we did everything we could on defense, considering the injuries and the disaster on offense and the sudden loss of Riggs, but that was the worst called offensive game I've ever seen.

I have never seen a more inexplicable offensive decision than what I saw today when we went AWAY FROM THE RUN after it was 26-17 with 13 to go.

I'm not sure how the team is organized in the sense that I don't know for sure who calls the plays, or how they work substitution packages, etc...

But if Muschamp is going to be the guy at Florida, he is going to need to make some changes to his offensive staff, because they aren't getting the job done.

The team is worse now, than it was after the "meyer sanctions".

And just to be clear, I still like the defensive philosophy that Muschamp has brought to the team. I'm not ready to bail on that hire yet, but he needs to prove that he can manage efficiently, and right now, he has to look internally at what he can do to improve this team in 2013, and I think the short answer right now is that he needs a new play caller.

Florida offense: 151 yards -- lowest # yards since 1999 SEC championship

Florida defense: 500 yards -- most yards allowed since 2008 capital one bowl

Congrats to the coaches! A great accomplishment!!

my main gripe is that we used kelvin taylor on that one great drive and he scores. the next drive he is nowhere to be found. i don't get it.
