Someone I know was arrested, a half year ago, in Ormond Beach for battery.

A short while later he was arrested for DUI.

I got these from Google after a friend told me.

How can I look up how these two arrests turned out in court? Or, if they were dropped?

Aren't adjudications public record which can be located on line?

    Many thanks in advance.

Go to the county's clerk of the court records site.

Some clerks even charge an access fee to official court records, online. I think that is outrageous (they do not do it in my Judicial Circuit).

Police records, including arrest reports - last time I checked - were public records if the investigation was not ongoing, and could be purchased at the local constabulary that made the arrest for about a buck a page.

I haven't used it (and these obviously aren't the official records) but from a glance it looks as if you can at the very least pull a criminal docket report using that website.

You may have to be using IE for it to work. Typing in my name takes me here: http://app01.clerk.org/cr_inq/inquiry.aspx

Unless you have a friend in that area that will do you a big favor, hire a PI/skip tracer etc. and have them go get the records from the chouse if you can't get them online.
