This entire debate is over what? Voter IDs.

It is absolutely absurd that in this day and age, a person can show up at a polling location, claim to be someone, not have to produce any ID and be able to take advantage of one of our most sacred rights. The right to vote.

Absurd. And who fights voter id laws. liberals. Why?

I think not. I think it is about democrats accusation of voter suppression and Republican's insistence of following the rules. Another voter posted that the state of florida purges their rolls annually anyway. Wasn't that Nana who posted that tidbit?

    Let me repeat:

We all agree that the voter rolls should be accurate. But when there is a purge, it needs to be done correctly. It shouldn't include a couple hundred thousand people who should not be purged, who also happen to be mostly members of the other party. (Just a coincidence, right?) It shouldn't be something done so badly that county election officials refuse to have anything to do with it.

Scott is purging "non-US citizens" from the voting rolls....

    my two questions are

how and why did they get there in the first place?

    and

    why is this a problem?

Jacksonville I hear is doing really well right now. Many companies are either moving their SE corporate headquarters there or are massively expanding them.

word is that there is massive expansion plans for the port.

Drug testing for a check was and is a great idea.
More than half are unemployed by choice and sit around smoke weed and look at the mail box for their check to show up.
They don't take care of their kids with the money. The grandmother does with her check.
Hell I can't wait till we stop free school meals.
If your ass gets welfare and your sitting on your ass then you can fix your kid breakfast and a bag lunch.
Scott is making tough choices that state employees and welfare folks don't like.
