Thought I better roll out a new poll in light of today's loss.

As for me, I don't see any choice here but to let Muschamp go at the end of the year. He might be a great coach, he might be a great coach one day, but he isn't a great coach for us right now. Sometimes you just have to make a change. All those things WM talked about in the news conference when we hired him (discipline, winning at the line, hard nosed football, etc) I'm just not seeing... to say nothing of an offense that has seemed crippled since #15 left.

there aren't any homerun hires out there.

Im ok if Foley fires him but I'd settle for a new OC and OL coach. Giving Muschamp another year wouldn't make me mad considering the class he is bringing in. We need those guys.

Was having a late lunch with a group at the Black Rose in Hendersonville, NC this afternoon. There were several games on their TVs. It went around the table with everyone sharing where they were originally from and who their team is. When I proudly said "Florida", the lady sitting next to me (an UGA grad') said, "I'm so sorry.". How far the proud have fallen...

Don't care if it's now or 5 minutes after FSU - just do it.

And we'll need the next class and the one after that, there will never be a good time to do it, rip the bandaid off and get it over with.

Good idea, who do you hire and can you be sure that he will turn it around? If not, you're willing to go through another couple years of mediocrity just because you wanted something done right now?

There are no homerun hires out there. You can't fire someone just to fire them. That will set our program back a decade if we pick the wrong guy now. If there is nobody available this year, give him another year and spend that year evaluating other coaches and putting feelers out assuming it continues to go wrong.

Doesn't appear that Coach Pease is very popular right now. :ninja:

My vote changed a lot with the 60 minutes of football today.

That was just too much. I support a full change. I support it immediately.
Waiting for the end of season does nothing.
