Jags are giving the Bucs serious competition in the Bridgewater Bowl.

Gene Smith had far more to do with the terrible shape the team is in. Caldwell didn't even have time to hire his own player evaluation/scouts until just before this season began.

Bridgewater isn't even the top pick imo. Perhaps beating us in the bowl has something to do with it but there are some other guys that may be better.

Since their D is also the worst, I doubt one QB no matter their name, can fix all.

Thanx Jaggator for the excellent pics. The Abbey Rd...classic.
    We were bloody awful.
Not sold on Caldwell and Bradley. Certainly give them time, but this is a parity league, we gotta do better than this. Like he says "DO YOUR JOB."
We have the best owner (yeah, I'm sold on Shad) and the best mascot. Now we just need a team worthy of them and us.

I know your MO is to bash the jags as much as possible, but I actually think the defense isn't terrible and would be average on a team that had any sort of offense. When your O is as inept as ours, it makes your D look that much worse.

And I expect to see MJD traded today or tomorrow. They tried really hard to showcase him yesterday in the run and pass game, more so than usual and even when down by so much.

The Orlando area was swiped by the Jabs away from the Fins. Since Miami was the first pro franchise in the state, many of us did not like the change.

Not only do we not watch the Jags, we have lost touch with the Fins.

Using the NFL stats, may be talking harsh but it is the reality. The Jags D sucks also. Check the stats yourself, it isn't pretty.

Jags fans have told me they don't want new fans if it meant Tebow while crushing their dream that this draft, will be the one. The Bucs suck also but score a bit more, give up a bit less. Yet they may get that first pick, anyhow.

The Jags are playing in London again next year, despite Jag fans saying their crowds are enough. They have a chance of a two continent suck repeat, next year. Sell outs with Tebow, may have kept the team in town a bit more.

Shouldn't all who post on the Jags, post the negatives that just happened. Got to do something different if you want people to post different.

Blaming the truth isn't much of a plan either.

Plenty of possible playoff bound teams would probably give up a 6th for him as a backup. I only say that I expect him to be traded because it certainly looked like they were forcing him the ball to showcase him.

Defensive team stats mean very little when your offense is ranked 32 and consists almost entirely of 3 and outs. That's my point. You just admitted you don't watch the Jags, so I don't expect you to have an analysis beyond looking at the stats. Carry on.

Play for number one pick, trade down to stockpile picks for rebuilding.....

bucs and jaguars will probably both go 0-16---they should have a playoff game for the #1 pick in December

Bucs are a half game ahead of the Jags for the 1st pick. The tiebreaker is opponents record and the Bucs 16 opponents have lost one more game. If its equal then it will come down to a coin flip.

I'm not sure there is anything I will be rooting harder for in the NFL this year.

You don't have to suffer through 3 hours of a Jags game to know what is going on...

Unless you are a really slow learner,

So you're admitting you are ignorantly providing commentary on something you don't watch, mixed in with a personal attack. Clearly your opinion can't be taken seriously in this discussion, so this is the point I'll discontinue responding.

The Jags are amassing picks (see earlier trades this year). Whether Bridgewater is a surefire can't miss prospect is up for debate, but at the very least he will be a very good QB. However, rpm is right (and this occurs very very very rarely in relations to the Jags) that there are multiple QB's in this draft that aren't too far behind Bridgewater. There's at least four qb's I would venture to say are better than anything the Jags are starting right now. If the Jags don't get the first pick, they could trade down to get a great QB because Clowney will be the second pick at the very least.

Respond or not, doesn't change the Jags.

By the way, the London game wasn't on where I am at. Did you watch it. Do you ever have a comment on a NFL game you didn't watch yourself. Or does the news highlights, the NFL channel, and stats including the frigging score count.

So now, after giving up 42, the score itself and the season of the combined scoring stats on both O and D are not enough.

Sorry, they keep score for a reason, Funny part is, some Jag fans are rooting for last place to draft, but don't want you to tell them the team is in worst place.

Only those not in love, can tell the blinded the truth,

Spring is correct that there are more than one good QB coming out. The need for more than one player is easy to see. They need to hit on several players, not just the first pick.
