Yes, option read combined with no huddle would work wonders.

Nice to see Riley Cooper on the field. Hopefully, this last episode has forced him to mature a bit and he can stay on the good side of the limelight from here on out.

What will be depressing is watching the difference between the Oregon-UT game this weekend and ours the following week versus UT.

It tires teams out 100x more than we do. Our TOP is empty. We don't run enough plays. We snap too late. Teams can sub and rest easily.

When we run it up the gut and its stopped then what? 40 some seconds until the next play? Players easily rotating in and out? You have to have a dominant run game to tire teams out playing as slow as we do. And the issue is if you are already dominant running the ball then tiring them out isn't a massive value add.

To be honest our defense wears out the other defense more than our offense. Our D gets off the field so fast that it actually gives our O some plays.

Just imagine how few plays we would run if our D wasn't so elite?

Not necessarily a big Eagles fan but that offense is fun to watch. How it fares against a better team or if Vick gets hurt only time will tell.

And you better believe recruits know the difference. They want to play in an uptempo offensive game. That's where football is going unless you're living on Mars.

Anyone notice how many runs Chip's offense has this half already? Seems like that would make Champ happy.

God this offense would be so fun to watch in Gainesville. Maybe if someone points out to Boom that the NFL's leading rusher has put it up in one half and hat he can still run it 60 times a game doing this.

This offense is freaking exciting. I don't know when last I've been so excited watching an NFL game. This is incredible.

The Eagles have run 53 plays already in the first half.

The Skins defense is so gassed, they are going to quit in the 2nd half. God, what I would do for our Gators to have an offense like this. It attacks and defensive coordinators are scared to death to face this.

Why Did Champ shy away from the option again? Maybe Foley should of waited for Chip kelly.

Agreed. The eagles are my favorite team now. It's just entertaining.

I wonder if they will let up or hang 60 on them.

Hang 60. The two teams don't like each other.

Tonight is a big win for supporters of the offensive approaches to football.

Now, what if Texas A&M runs Alabama out of stadium on Saturday?

I agree but the fact is you can be good on both sides of the ball. Sometimes your opponent can figure out one of your units, so what's wrong with having another good unit as a contegency?

The Eagles had 21 first down in that half. Unfreaking real.

Can someone send game film of this to Boom-- Vick's never been an efficient passer and this looks like something tailor made for Jeff. Though I realize he'd watch it, see the pick 6 and then say that one turnover wasn't worth all the points and yards.
