I knew their defense was a big question mark, and their OL has had problems opening up their run-game too.

It'll be interesting when fsu faces a D with some good, fast DB's too. I mean, fsu can really explode with some offense against a lesser defenses with their crossing pattern passing O, but when they face a very good defense that can both cover well for a few seconds and pressure Winston?

    It'll be interesting to see.

Seriously. 55 points in their first three games. 24 against villanova and wake forest, 7 @USC. 34 against fsu?

BC has a larger number of better athletes than any of the other teams they've face so far IMO, just not enough in the secondary (especially depth), to be able to totally shut down fsu's passing game.

Should've been a targeting penalty and eject douche boy O'Leary. But then again, the refs wouldn't do that to Jack Nicklaus' grandbaby and the refs sure as hell wouldn't do it to ref$u

They certainly let fsu's OL hold whenever they wanted to.

Amazingly enough, nolie nation is walking around in a daze today acting a lot like Gator fans did after we played so ~ho-hum!~ against Toledo. lol

A couple of my fsu friends have already told me they feel like they lost against BC after they gave up 34 points.

FSU's backup last year, Trinkett, transferred to WVU. How is he already able to play right away this year?

BC scored on trick plays, for the most part. I think FSU's defense is vulnerable to the run at the moment. They are inconsistent. Not surprising given the loss of the three DEs to the pros and the complete change in scheme. Maryland appears to be pretty good but I'd be surprised if they are good enough to win. FSU's offense looks solid. Clemson will be a very tough game. I think UF's offense matches up well with FSU's current defensive performance (power running game). You usually know what a team is 4 games into the season. However with FSU's coaching changes and schematic changes on defense along with playing many true or redshirt freshman on d, I think they will continut to be erratic.

I didnt see a lot of trick plays. In fact I saw FSU getting dump trucked on both sides of the line until half time. I think when they showed the stat before Jameis bomb into single coverage the rushing totals were 140 yds for BC and 1 yd for FSU...and they tried to run but just couldnt. Addazio and trick plays dont go together as we all know...he likes 3.34 yds and a cloud of dust each play on the ground. FSU was thouroughly pummeled in the first half and gave up trying to run in order to get back in the game after half. Our def will make them one dimensional and Jameis wont have any chance with little time and tight throwing lanes. VH3 will get at least one off him too.

I still dont know what the Dazzler had his defense doing in single coverage on FSU's #1 wr with no time on the clock...seriously what did they think was going to happen a five yard pass? No wonder the dazzler nearly stroked out after the play there wasnt even another defender within 20 yds of the ball. Im no genius but youd think he would have had a few guys back there to bat it down but single coverage...its almost Zook like.
