I'd hate to be a SC cheerleader -- I bet they get asked all the time if they love the Cocks?

Vandy had ZERO penalties on the road. SEC refs are unreal.

I was keeping count of the uncalled holds, but eventually gave up.

Vandy is still Vandy. Despite that, I recognize that Franklin is a good coach. For his own sake, I hope he's just using this job as a launching pad to a place where it's possible to be competitive.

Anyone see Spurrier chew his defensive coach out? That is the same defensive coach that almost got his ass kicked last week by another assistant. I have a feeling he will not have a job at the end of the year, or maybe tomorrow.

Actually, it was the linebackers coach vs the d-line coach that got into a fight last week.

But yeah, SOS was chewing Lorenzo Ward out. I think Ward got used to not having to do too much last year because his front four provided enough pressure, his linebackers were experienced and his secondary was good. This year the linebacking crew is young and we lost leaders like DJ Swearinger. Ward needs to realize he's got to scheme a bit more to help the younger players out.

To me the most glaring issue is the two coaches we lost from last year, the d-line coach, Brad Lawing (how's your d-line this year? :) ) and Craig Fitzgerald, the strength and conditioning coach.

Franklin makes you think he is accomplishing a lot without ever actually beating a team with a winning record or signing any of the top players in his own backyard. His handling of the gang rape scandal will tarnish him.

When a real coaching job opens up, every coach is gone.

Well, there may be a few coaches that might not be true for.

Too bad too for USC. Steve has their offense really rolling this year, his best since his UF days. With better defense, they might have won the SEC.
