OSU has scored more points in less than three quarters against Cal than UF has scored all season -- and that's with a backup QB. Meyer is healthy, and he's still unbeaten in his second year with the Buckeyes. That's better than his start at UF, and he inherited a much better team from Zook than the team he inherited at Columbus. He's at the top of his game. I miss the guy. We were a machine of a team that was always ready to play -- and often dominate -- week in and week out when he was healthy.

Are you serious? Of course his team looks ready to play. He has played something like 15 cupcakes in a row. His team is the most talented team in the Big 10 and he is playing Cal. He no longer has to play UGA, South Carolina, LSU, FSU, and the SEC championship game.

and his awesome team has given up 54 points to two rather poor teams.

...and won both of those games by 3 scores each. The offense is looking good, the defense has some work to do.

20 points to buffalo, 34 to Cal. I'd say they have a LOT of work to do on defense. and its not like their offense has been tearing up good defenses.

Sadly they don't have anyone in their division that is going to challenge them. Just a criminally weak schedule.

WRT to the offense, they've put up 94 points in the past two weeks with their backup QB at the helm. Not bad.

There are still 3 ranked teams on their schedule, and Wisconsin will contend within the division.

Sugarcoat it however you want, that is a embarrassing schedule. If UF can't make it I can only hope its Bama against OSU to see Urbie get smacked down by the midget he ran from.

Kentucky is an 8/9 win team on that schedule...

No they are not. Let's not get carried away. Kentucky lost to Western Kentucky for the second season in a row. They are mid-major quality at BEST right now.

Quitting coaching for two years helped Meyer a lot. BTW, has he declared Kenny Guyton the best quarterback he's ever coached yet?
