Gave up a Backdoor cover to Duke on 4th and 11 from the Tech 35; allowed a short pass to turn into a TD at the final gun. Cost me a mint.

With a Miami @ss beating, FSU's schedule is hurt...with us sucking, we hurt their sos as well...they play absolutely NOBODY for the rest of the year. Meanwhile, Baylor plays two more ranked teams...

Would be pretty damn hysterical of all those nolies get hit off their perch at #2 by Baylor....

With the media love affair with Winston I highly doubt that Baylor jumps SOW.

Baylor won't jump FSU even if they both go undefeated.

If South Carolina beats Clemson (which seems like an annual tradition at this point) who knows maybe Baylor could beat FSU out. FSU only has 2 "big" wins both of which are not really impressive.

Betting on Logan Thomas to do well is like betting on Rex Grossman to do well. Thomas, like Rex, could be either astonishing or hideous. Tonight, in a driving rain, at Miami, Thomas went 25-31 for 366 yards and 2 TDs with 0 INT. Against Duke, on a dry night at Lane Stadium, he went 21-38 for 214 yards, 0 TDs and 4 INTs. Thomas pretty much single-handedly lost the last two games as Rex did in 2002...

VaT really isn't very good this year, but even with a down team they always seem to have the Canes number. Hopefully this loss ends any talk of Golden to UF.

Actually, VT is as good as Logan Thomas, and goes as he goes. Had he played against Duke and BC like he did today, VT would be 9-1 right now, and a top ten team. Their defense is arguably the best in the nation.
