I agree with wanting Auburn ranked higher than OSU as I think they would beat OSU, but losses are penalized more than strength of schedule. OSU has won 24 straight games now as they weren't eligible for a bowl game last year from prior problems.

'Bama this year was weaker in years past even though they were ranked #1. It definitely is a much more quality win than any of OSU's wins, but a BCS conference team that is undefeated will not jump a 1 loss team by the end of the season.

Best chance of Auburn is Michigan State beating OSU, which is definitely possible. I don't think Duke can beat FSU.

I agree, but with the SEC having a major contract with ESPN now, I'm not sure how much of that he will be doing compared to 2006 with Michigan. And Michigan was his supposed huge rival.

You watch, somehow Bama will still make it to the title game and win another national championship.

And now we know that both Saban and Alabama are human. Multiple missed field goals. Questionable decisions by Saban in the 4th quarter. Glad to see that Alabama has been put in its place, at least for now. But I sure hope that doesn't mean OSU and FSU in what would then be the "truly mythical" national championship game. No way those two teams are better than several SEC teams.

Could really use a playoff system this year.

yeah - FSU vs. OSU would only further confirm that playing a garbage schedule is the key to "being great"

He'll get the SEC office to overrule the 1 second put back on the clock and then give it to Bama by default.

Oh, yes...without a doubt. If Auburn wins the SECCG, they should be #2. Hopefully, OSU will lose to MSU next week and end the debate.

That was an awful missed call on the Aubie tying TD play. After watching the play again, it clearly looked Auburn had a run play on and Marshall just decided to throw the ball at the last second. Everyone else was blocking past the LOS like it was supposed to be a run play.

ESPN: "Auburn became the first team to rush for 200 yards on Alabama since Georgia Southern did it in 2011."

    Georgia Southern.

    Just sayin'.

Combine that with last week's finish at Jordan-Hare, and you have to have the best back-to-back dramatic wins in CFB history.

Any missed calls aside this game is an example of what makes college football so great.

Not sure what you mean.... Do you mean there should have been a penalty because linemen were too far upfield?

They have had some bad luck over the years......94 they were 11-0 with no where to go(prob)
2004 should have played for the title and this year will most likely be left out.
