Agreed, concerned about their run game. Hard to believe Denver Kirkland and Alex Collins are from Florida, true FR, and were recruited with some conviction by our staff. If we would have gotten these two we'd be better and Arkansas would have little to beat us with.
Yep, if we don't turn the ball over, especially where we put Arky in position to break our defense, then we probably win. Their past three classes are pretty weak. Their only top 25 in past three classes was 2011(#17ish) and that's probably because they had 32 commits. Most of their players are three star or lower. BUT, there are teams that don't seem to recruit well but get a lot of mileage from their team.
My biggest concerns going in: their DEs and our special teams Play. Really, If Murphy has a serviceable type game, our defense can win it for us. Need some solid drives with no turnovers. Don't have to score every single time. Just give the D a rest from time to time.
How much do we miss Dominique Easley against the run?
of course we will miss him but theres so much depth and talent on defense we should be fine against the run. i am more concerned with pass rush because ease could draw so much attention and open it up for other people to make plays such as fowler.
Doesn't seem like we have that much depth ready. We have the DL on roster but probably not ready for SEC play.
Arky look a like thread needed...
Well, maybe Jaggator will post some fun stuff on here.
Thursday afternoon should do it

Is anyone giving thought to what or how the storm Karen might factor into this? IF stays at TS strength or even grows to Cat 1 Hurricane...and depending on where it may come ashore....this could be one extremely wet game. Lots of projected paths right now which of course means little at this stage, however some of the paths put it in the eastern panhandle and heading up into GA...with landfall possibly late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
All in all it looks it is gonna be really, really wet for the game.
Headed to Louisiana I believe. Arky needs to leave early
It may be heading there....but you need to take a look at what most of the projections are showing. Very few aiming there--most are heading unfortunately...directly at me here in Pcola.
Not to wish any bad weather on anyone else, but I hope if it heads anywhere close to here--I hope it does keep going east. I've been through far too many of these things and do NOT like being on the east side. Ever.
I'm with you Secgator.....From Fredrick/Erin/Opal/Ivan/ and Dennis.....:dead:

Anyone in the Tampa area need two cheap tix for tomorrow?
Yea how much I've been trying to find some?
Sounds like a "georgia isn't man enough"(?) moment. Surely he cannot believe that. If you look at roster talent they should not enough but they could. Arky is apparently playing well but when a true FR RB and OG(Collins and Kirklan) are two of their best players it makes you wonder if we missed out on two really darn good players or if the rest of their roster just isn't THAT good. We'll see.
