I still can't believe UF lost to this team. Miami is just not that good yet they will win 10+ games this year. That schedule helps.......bigtime!

FSU will curb stomp Miami based upon what I've seen so far. We literally threw that UM game away.

Miami turned the ball over a bunch of times on the road, lost their best player and best receiver and still managed to pull out a win.

There goes our B.S. excuse of "but but we turned the ball over, that's why we lost"

Good teams find ways to win games, no matter how many turnovers/injuries they have.

What exactly have you seen so far?

According to most people, FSU hasn't played anyone worth a damn.

    They were playing 1-5 unc.

When we lose to a team outside the top 15 I'll start going bonkers.
Especially considering both losses are contenders in their conferences and we're struggling for our division!

But North Carolina made enough big mistakes to even it out. It was lopsided us vs miami.

This. There are a lot of parallels:

    * Multiple turnovers

    * Scored only one offensive TD

    * Scored another blocked TD on a blocked kick

Yet they won. How could they have won if they sucked so badly? Perhaps they "wanted to be there..."

Everyone can hate on Miami all they want, truth is, in the end we still lost to these as* clowns. Pathetic.

Die, Renner had a game similar to Driskel, and they only had two turnovers. Miami also lost two of their top offensive players. They found a way to win. UNC's defense is horrible, granted, but they gave Miami a better game than we did. We had a TD to get within five with 2:08 left in the game. Miami had to come back from behind.

Canes are a good team who won in spite of playing their C- game. FSU will beat them (and hopefully, VT will as well, although I doubt it, as they are too much like we are), but they are 6-0. If they played our schedule thus far, they'd be 6-0 or 5-1, and they beat us head to head. All but one Florida turnover was forced or pressured by the defense, and Miami's turnover was also a bonehead mistake by Morris, not really a pressure at all.

It is pathetic until you realize that we are a graduation and injury-depleted team, while Miami came back with only a few lost starters. Contrary to popular opinion, a 7-win SEC team is not better than a 9-win ACC team.

OBOB, they won in spite of four INTs.

No two games are the same, trying to prove so makes people sound ignorant.

In other words, if we had 3 or 4 turnovers against a 1-5 team, I suspect we'd probably win that one too.

And one has to see where our turnovers came from too. Almost all of them inside the redzone.

We DOMINATED Miami in every part of that game aside from in the redzone. Trying to compare that to Miami/NC is quite ignorant IMO.

And............UNC got FG's instead of TD's. That was the difference in the game.

When you drive the field....when you are in the Red Zone...you have to get 7.....period.

Otherwise.....you're the bait and not the Gator.
