ECU leading 21-6 with 6 minutes left in the second quarter.

This is the same FAU team that Miami just beat, but for some reason the scUM win wasn't as criticized as our win over Toledo.

Myself? My gut is usually spot on before a game, and I don't even feel worried about Miami. I have been wrong before, but only very, very rarely.

As I've said before, as long as our guys go down to Miami taking the 'Canes seriously and don't under-estimate them, I think UF dominates them and beats them comfortably.

I don't think Miami's offense is going to be much more of a challenge than Toledo's. IMO, Miami just doesn't match up very well with us on either side of the ball.

I'm not as confident as you. I really have zero feeling about this game right now. I do think we are better/more talented than Miami. So there's that.

I personally think we're going to put over 300+ yards rushing on them myself.

Damn, well I certainly hope so. I am of the ilk who believes you can't beat Miami bad enough. I would really love to humiliate them.

I've been wrong before, but I think there will be quite a few passing yards racked up for the good guys this game. I can't help but believe the canes are going to sell out to stop the run. That being said, I've been wrong before:happy:

Edit:LOL My wife just read this post and said " Just because they sell out to stop the run, doesn't mean they'll be able to do it.

Sick catch but it looked like he was trying to get up to celebrate. What a shame.

That's exactly what he was doing. Just secure the catch, moron. Celebrate after it's official. Hopefully, it teaches his dumb ass a lesson.

I feel the same Gray, I think the biggest advantage in the game is Florida's rush offense against their rush defense. If we can run the ball and the defense plays well, this could end badly for Miami.

ECU is rolling. FAU is pretty bad I guess.

Well, my point is, if we run the ball well early-on, that's what Muschamp will do for most of the game because he learned from Nick Saban to both physically and mentally beat your opponent.

But I also don't believe we saw close to all of our offense in The Swamp last Saturday either. We all saw the practice videos and clips and we know we have plenty of passing plays. We'll probably see a few more against Miami, but if we're running well, that's what we'll do most.

The stat freaks need to go see the rankings last year regarding Miami's defense. It was one of the worst in the nation and they played in the powerful ACC. Florida matches up well.

Is FAU really this bad? Or was Miami somewhat holding back on offense last week like we were against Toledo

Didn't FAU rush for 124 yards on Miami last week?
