    This pleased me greatly. calvin and hobbes, the far side, and the phantom were the only reasons i read the sunday comics.

    I loved Calvin and Hobbes and it's neat to see some new stuff, but wow does Watterson sound kind of crazy.

    Another one along those lines was "Bloom County" by Berkeley Breathed. The cat always looked like he was choking on a hair ball or had been zapped with electricity.
