ermon got kicked out of his HS game tonight for punching a player, he claims he was trying to strip the ball. does anyone have video of this? multiple twitter posts claiming a typical situation like this is a six game suspension. with his attitude maybe we need to get this guy on the defensive side of the ball and light some people up! only kidding but i like guys with a little bit of edge, our offense could use that.

Certainly will withhold judgement until I see a video, but as to the point in general...

I don't think I would want to see offensive players throwing punches at the opposition. Give me Tebow's fistpump or Danny's praying hands any day. They are usually accompanied by touchdowns. :)

im hoping we will learn his lesson and not throw a punch in a game but i like to see a guy with passion. we have them everywhere on defense but guys like trey and solo seem so nice. its like they could never get mad at anyone; which is a great quality to have i just personally like guys that play with a little extra intensity

What a smart guy. Swing at a guy with a helmet on! Lol I guess I should wait to see the video though. Pretty pathetic, if true.

It does sound it might be an automatic thing for the FHSAA. A few weeks ago an Immokalee player was suspended for six games. After an appeal and review of the tape, it was reduced to one game.

I don't care what he did in a high-school game. I STILL WANT HIM. This happened to Percy Harvin too.

Yep it was D"ernest Johnson, we were recruiting him and J.C. but I don't think we are recruiting him anymore. He is going to UNC to play for Fedora

So the question seems to be for a lot of pro muschampers; Do we keep WM only so we keep recruits?

If the big three (Grier cook lane) all decommitted now, would there be any reason to keep him if we finished reg season 6-6 or worse, with assumed beat downs to the three big teams left?

Obviously, we're stuck with him if he isn't fired by the time we lose some key recruits around signing day. With the 6-6 scenario playing out I can't see how there's enough reason to keep him for 2014, recruits be darned. I don't think Grier would waiver though.

A lot of assumption on your part just let the season play out. Most kids dont decommit because of loses they decommit because they think a coach they have built a relationship is going to be fired. You dont see UT kids decommitting.

It really comes down to if Foley thinks Muschamp is the man for the job or not. The record doesnt really matter.

I agree let the reg season play out but foley should not consider keeping any coach to signing day (insuring they get another year) just to keep a class together no matter how special that group is. This one is obviously of mega importance because of Grier alone and not getting him could set us back several more years and make it hell for the new coach to get UF rolling.

I do like Murphy though. For any coach's QB.

I just hope foley's heart isn't on the fence with muschamp and the deciding factor to keep him is the increased chance well land the main guys.
