Wow, bill! Congrats to you, man! Seriously, that's just awesome! Better health and probably feel better too. Keep us informed. I've probably dropped about 10 so far and have about 70 or or so to go (I also have lot of muscle from years of heavy weight training). I also don't weigh myself. I know when I am losing. After grad school I had gained about 100 from too much sitting and wife's good cooking lol. Anyway, I dropped about 25 a few years ago but then stopped going to the gym again. Since then, I've maintained, maybe put a few back. In any case, I have a bunch to lose too and am at a real risk for developing diabetes, amongst other things.
