Yeah, this is going to be a really cool new thing. Can't wait to see Lawrence Wright take a crack at it.

gotta be honest, i dont really like it and they will eventually find it hard to book worthwhile names

smacks of ole miss bringing in celebs to start the hotty toddy cheer

i would expect something like this from meyer, but not the muschamp regime

There are 6-7 games a year. It really shouldn't be that hard.

I think it's f'ing great. There are a long list of Gator alums that could lead it. It isn't limited to former football greats either. They can bring in famous athletes from other sports, former coaches, and celebs (Erin). One that I hope for sentimental reasons would come back to do it would be Spurrier, a few years removed from USC. I think it's a great idea.

Personally, I think it would be extremely cool if he did it next time USCe played us in the Swamp...with him still as their HC. :ninja:

In a way, it reminds me of our version of OSU bringing in distinguished alumni to Dot the I. I hope it catches on.

Brilliant! Then he walks over to our sideline, gives Coach Boom a high five as the public address system announces that Muschamp would like everyone to know that he has hired SOS as co-OC. Kick-off.
