The transformation to offshoring jobs and part time has been going on a lot longer than a year.

You can mention Bill Clinton's name here. It's not forbidden.

Is the value of an american life greater than that of say an Indian? An Indonesian? Are they not entitled to jobs?

I think if that's what the study says, that's what it says. Unlike the other jobs/ACA thread, the OP appears to have correctly described what it says.
And reducing full-time employment is not good. Not good at all.

But other data has shown that the ACA is not forcing a move to more part-time workers.

I'll go ahead and say it...since President George......... Washington. Labor has always shifted to lower cost locations and always will. You libbies are naive.

Now, if you do not think that legislation and politics makes it easier or more difficult to grow jobs and the economy, I would point you to Reagan and Clinton vs President Pinochio.

And to answer a question I know that is coming, NO. Voting for Hillary gets you Obama on steroids, not Bill. Only thing Bill and Hillary have in common is they both like women.

So you think 'Obamacare dramatically reducing hirings' correctly describes a Duke press release that says 'CFO SURVEY: AFFORDABLE CARE ACT COULD CURTAIL HIRING'?

But Bush....poor Bush 43 will still getting blamed by Fred for Obama's record when historians rank Obama DFL, right behind Jimmy Carter. Notice we haven't heard much lately from Jimmy. He had his teeth whitened and is smiling. President Pinochio passed him Oct 1st, the day Dumbocare opened for enrollees.
