    Unemployment is lower for people with college degrees (like under 4%), which is pretty close to full employment. Its higher for recent college grads, and younger people in general. With productivity and profits up, there isnt much incentive to hire someone who isnt an ideal candidate to simply fill a position.

    The unemployment rate for older males with a college degree is quite high.
