Yep, saw this awhile back. Also, a recent meta-analysis has exercise-only yielding a whopping 2 to 3 pounds lost, over time, depending on how intense the exercise.
Yeah they are kinda old but I just saw this for the first time yesterday. I think its good though because you say it over and over but it so often does not sink in that you cant out train a bad diet. Here is visual evidence of that.
... and also how astoundingly easy it is for a man to pack away almost a day's worth of calories in a matter of minutes.
1000 cals in 5 mins like it was nothing.

My chipotle orders are definitely over that. I just can't eat it in my 5 minutes. I rarely eat there though bc its just too much for me.
And most Americans spend more time eating than exercising. :whoa:
