    Settled into a Pull/Legs/Push split:

Mon: weighted pullups, dumbbell rows and hammer curls

Wed: pistol squats, straddle deadlifts and goblet squats

Fri: one-armed pushups, dumbbell overhead presses and pushups ...

    ... something like that.

I'm no longer pressing at all thanks to my triceps tendonitis. Just need to rest it for a while. So my routine is now three days a week.

    Thursday - squats
    Saturday - Rows and chins
    Monday- deadlift

I'm liking it but I do miss pressing. Been three weeks and I am still bothered by it. I'll wait a few months if I have to. Its not like my legs can't use the attention.

I feel your pain (literally, with respect to tendonitis) and appreciate your caution. And if it's any consolation, I remember reading an essay from some guru who maintained that since babies primarily pull and squat, that's what we should concentrate on.
