If he gets this job this would be a huge bump in a short period. From Seahawks DL coach-UF D Coordinator-Seahawks DC-Brown's HC All in about 5 years. That's impressive.

Josh McDaniels is one name mentioned by Adam Schefter as a possibility to Cleveland.

Looks like the Vikings plan to interview him as well. Lots of openings and at the very least all the interviews will be good for his career.

He's certainly a good DC. Wish him the best at the next level.

Did a great job at UF in his short tenure. Good luck to him as I think him getting an NFL HC job would also reflect well on UF.

Probably helps he followed Gus Bradley who took Seattle D from 27th to 4th, and then he took Seattle D to first. Also working for Carroll twice says something about what Carroll thinks of him. Looking at his entire career, he's been a d-line coach for quite a few pro teams. And of course, he fielded top 10 defenses both years at UF.

Hopefully he can leave Seattle with a big Superbowl ring.

Although that job is a career killer, good for him. I've argued he made a bigger difference here than most people think here.
