    Matt Elam's tweeted this:
@ElamVsElo: “@ClutchLikeMJ: FSU fans be like OMG cook and lane are wearing FSU shirts we got them I'm like ✋ No way..! "

A pic of him in FSU gear when we committed to them for 2 weeks back during his recruitment is posted too.

I'm not reading too much into this... Haven't we had recruits visiting Florida wearing Gator jerseys only to see them sign with some other team? I'm a bit concerned though... especially with all the RUMORS flying around.

I know that not everyone follows twitter lingo, but that was a follower of Elam tweeting that. Elam just responded with "no way". I took that as Elam having a little fun with it since someone is following his footsteps with the flip-flopping. My $.02

Cook is gone IMO. Lane may not be far behind. Look, in 1993 FSU was the hot program and we were second fiddle. That worked out pretty well for us a few years later. In 2009, we were the hot program and FSU was second fiddle, and that turned out pretty good for FSU. Hopefully, these kids will realize that there is more opportunity here, and come to their senses.

IMO, the key recruit for this class is and will always be Will Grier. If he is special, this class is special.

Grier is probably the key, but in a 2-3 years from now kind of way. Cook could give us offense from day one, like Taylor. Our RB situation next year is pretty shaky, despite what Dooley says about it. Taylor is solid. Jones won't be back until summer. Lane has never played a snap and is coming off an injury. That's dangerously thin, esp for a run first oriented team which we will always be under Muschamp.

So Muschamp has his in home with him the DAY AFTER he announces his college choice?

That seems like odd timing. Usually the "flip", should it occur and be announced on national TV, sticks.

If he comes GREAT. If he doesn't, he'll be replaced.

    ^Just like Agholor and Diggs?

I agree with the sentiment, but some of these guys you just have to have. Unless our new OC is a miracle worker we need dynamic guys who can make plays. Cook and Lane fit the bill.

take it as kind of a good sign if he was wavering and extends it after a home visit by Will. he never actually committed to anyone did he? I think we will get him

It wasn't directly related to the in home visit. He pushed back his announcement date to whichever all star game a week or so ago
