So, Dalvin flipped before the Chick-Fil-A bowl but was told that he should watch this game before making his decision. His mind was already made up and he goes on to say after watching the game...

"People were telling me to watch the Duke game, but I feel like you can’t really look at the Duke game because they ain’t the same type of players,” Cook said. “People told me to watch the Duke game, I watched the Duke game. Coach Roper is a great coach, but I don’t think Florida has the athletes like Duke got. That’s all I can say.”

I know that one kid doesn't make or break a class (although he is a great athlete), but is this kid serious? Who else thinks that maybe he's scared he won't play until JR or SR year since we have Taylor and Lane in front of him? We know FSU's 3 deep are all JR's at the position and 2 of them may declare for the draft after the NC game, so maybe he see's that as a sign for early playing time...

These kids are always serious. Not always bright, but they are always serious.

We need to stop expecting 18-year-old kids to make sense.

So if there is a need for players you go to a fuller depth chart.

    Brilliant!

While, his comment is silly, if he really feels that way, he should realize he can be one of those players and make a big impact from day one.

Honestly, it's hard to blame him for that. We were a complete embarrassment.

If you were a top hs running back, would you be looking forward to working behind our offensive lines?

Punk! He will fit right in over there with the rest of the thugs and derelicts. Who knows maybe he can be a clown in the circus.

Would you advise your top RB son to play for Muschamp?

That's exactly my thought as well, but on the flip side, like you said, the GS loss was very bad. But if you're one of these kids, and you really believe you're elite, wouldn't you want to go someplace with a challenge?

Just to me, after looking at FSU's depth chart and recruiting from 2011-2014, they are going to be thinner at that position than we will be by far.

Well nobody will ever accuse this kid of being smart. Hopefully football works out for him because its obvious thats his only chance of success in life. Unless of course being a rich drug dealer is considered successful nowadays.

Glad he bolted now rather than screwing us on NSD. At least it will give the coaches some time to recruit another top running back if that is what they think they should do with the scholly
