I hope he leaves, and we stop him every year like we've stopped Mike Davis

And so it begins. The longer we keep this deadweight staff, the deeper the hole the next guy will have to crawl out of.

Oh well, he's either on board or he's not. This really isn't a surprise. To be fair, you can't expect the top kids out there to be excited to play in this offense; not after three years of this. Thankfully we have guys already on scholarship to be excited about next year in the backfield.

The good news is that Muschamp managed to sign several playmakers last year, as well as two top-notch tight ends in the 2012 class who have a chance to factor in next year. Andre Debose will also be back, a guy I still think can become a solid wide receiver. Guys are just going to have to step up.

The University of Florida's success does not hinge on Cook signing with us.

I think he is formally flipping, although probably already occurred. No running backs, one wide receiver, not enough line men, etc. Tell me again how keeping WM will stabilize anything. Time to get a grip because this may get very ugly

In addition WM said he didn't have time to replace recruiting coordinator position. Pretty sure he signed a nondisclosure agreement upon his departure. What do you think in private he might say. Oh boy what little we know.

If we don't keep him in the fold its going to hurt, and he doesn't look like he is going to be an EE either, and the longer it takes to get this kids LOI the longer it looks as if he will go somewhere else. I look at it this way, if he comes thats great, if not its not surprising.

I truly respect your position on our coach and staff, and believe me I understand, I surely don't hold it against anyone but is it absolutely necessary to have a "when can we fire this guy" post every other post on every single thread. It gets a bit redundant, and kind of takes the fun of these boards.

Since we already know that champ (as is) will be our coach next year, maybe we can quell the repetitive fire champ posts? And maybe discuss possible REAL OC candidates. Or something/anything more positive than "fire everybody"

He must not know that FSU is a product of winston this season. As soon as he is gone, it'll be back to mediocrity for FSU

I think, whether Muschamp is actually a good coach or not, probably doesn't matter at this point. When you have a season like this, your image gets shattered to pieces, and that's what happened. Chizik won a title, and then not long after had a season close to this one. How do you think AU fans felt about him after that?

Whether people want to believe it or not, this is going to hurt our recruiting. I think 'Champ is probably someone I'd want to keep if I didn't already know that recruiting is going to be way down next year.

but bengerman, according to our infallible board coaches, the only reason this season has been so bad is muschamp! you know that....

If things keep going the way they sound, this class could turn out like the transition class from Meyer to Muschamp. We had some studs lined up to come to us that yr, but Meyer left, and Muschamp didn't have much time to get anyone else. I think all the turmoil around the program and the fact that there are some possible big changes coming on the coaching staff, we could lose some of our biggest targets, that were almost sure things before the problems of this season started.

Well what more is there to say? Ignoring WM is like ignoring the 800 pound gorilla in the room. Our recruiting class is going to fall apart and WM is a poor coach. There is no way to turn this around unless WM is let go.
