You might learn something about conducting yourself like a a young adult. Pure class by Brown. Bama looks like they got themselves one helluva person/player.

The soon to be arrested, arrestee “responded by yelling threatening profanity at them.”

Sounds like a First Amendment unlawful arrest, to me, unless he failed to follow instructions to move back, first.

    Threatening profanity ? What's that ?

We'll see, but it's not a good start to his college football career.

Just go over to Too Hot and mention how you're a moderate, how you think it's silly to pay people not to work, and also add that society as a whole had less problems when families and churches were the main institutions in people's lives rather than the federal government. You will be greeted with a truckload of threatening profanity, I assure you.

Why can't you? That's covered by freedom of speech. Words are not threatening acts unless threatening to hurt said person.

You are within your constitutional rights to speak to police officers using profanity.

Police officers will often begin looking for a way to arrest you on "contempt of cop" charges, however, if you choose to do so, in which they will transform your speech into non-protected acts, and which requires the facts of the situation to be construed as "interference with a police officer (in the lawful performance of his duties)," "obstruction of justice," and / or "resisting arrest without violence."

In other words, the police are crafty - and often disingenuous - when you piss them off.

    It's called LYING.
