    Keita could have been called for a block that would have put Maryland on the line with a chance to tie or take the lead. No call was made, not exact same circumstance, but pretty similar.

    Maryland could have won if:
    a) they had called time out (they had TWO LEFT) and set up a play
    or
    b) the player who ran it in and was denied (per your post) passed it back out (ala Gator BB) to one of three players who were just outside the arc with no one guarding them - and subsequently drained a trey........thus putting MD up by two.

    I can't believe they blew this one - Syracuse is lucky once again to escape.
