Anyone remember our great OL from the past?
Really wish we had him eligible again right now.

After 8 years in the NFL with Dallas....he started Ker's Winghouse Bar in Largo, FL in 1994.
After investing $500k, he now has 24 locations and grossed $62 million in revenues last year.
He was sued by Hooters as a copycat restaurant and won $1.5 million in a countersuit action.
Nice to see a former Gator doing well for himself and enjoying life after football.

Happy for him but Winghouse is pretty bad.

Better or worse than Hooters, OB?
Somebody must be eating there...he sells 240,000 lbs of wings per month.
    Where are his restaurants exactly?

There are quite a few of them in the Tampa Bay area. Not sure if they are anywhere else.

At least we're still free to chose to go there or not to go there. I knew Ker played for the Cowboys but I didn't know he was/is a Gator. Good to see him do well for himself.

Yea... he must be doing something right...
Or... those "Wing Girls" must be fantastically beautiful!

I headed over to his website...
He has locations all over Florida and a bunch over in Texas.
    Good for him!
"The Great Wall Of Florida" lives on!

If I remember correctly, he used to workout by pushing his truck in the Ocala National Forest.

How great were the 80's & 90's for our OL players?

    Lomas Brown '81 - '84
    David Williams '85 - '88
    Phil Bromley '81 - '84
    Jeff Zimmerman '83 - '86

    Jason Odom '92 - '95
    Donnie Young '93 - '96
    Jeff Mitchell '93 - '96

Have we seen any players like these in the last 5-10 years?

    "The Great Wall" of Florida.

Any different than Bru's Room? No big deal, but glad to see any UF guy do well.

Mo Collins was also quite good in the 90's. He played for the Raiders for a few years as well.

Add Cooper Carlisle to the 90s list as well. He's had a very good NFL career.

Reggie Green didn't go on to NFL stardom, but he also started as a true freshman in 1992 opposite Jason Odom and was a 6th round draft choice (Odom was a 4th rounder).

Zach Pillar was pretty good too, although he was a transfer (from Ga Tech, I think).

I realize it's subjective, but Hooters beer is piss-warm, and their food sucks.
