Did he pick up a 3rd item? It looked like he had 2 items in his left hand and the butter in the right.

glad I got to see the video. From what I read prior to this, was he forgot to pay for the crab legs due to the fact that he was being swapped my fans wanting autographs. what a crock! I only watched it one time but I did not see any fans surrounding him or hounding him for an autograph. I really like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I can't help but to think that was pretty blatant. He is not very good at the quarterback sneek. no wonder he didn't get in any trouble for the rape accusations.

I'm sure he isn't the only that's done it either....I'm just surprised he didn't get casher to do it too but I digress. Wouldn't this equate to impermissible gifts? How a loss of institutional control has not mentioned amidst all of the past debacles that have occurred is beyond me.

In addition to owning a small business, I work/have worked at different levels of Retail Management and Retail Loss Prevention. This is a carbon case. He isn't shopping. He is eluding attention. He is trying to appear to shop. Notice how he basically circles the store, but isn't really stopping and shopping. This is a sign you are trained to look for.

Truth is, if this guy were walking around one of my stores like that, I would glue my o eye on him. Its one of the easiest ways to bust a shoplifter. Ironclad.

The guy behind the seafood counter is totally in on this. If you call in an order in advance, you still chill behind the guests who are ahead of you until the line clears and then ask for your call in order. Winston may as well pushed the one lady to side trying to grab his free crabs. The seafood guy was totally in on it big time.

His Daddy says its FSU"s fault because they were supposed to have a person with him 24/7. Maybe FSU doesn't like being called Free Shoes U now maybe they want changed it to Free Crabs U with regular medical treatments to everyone!

This is a better version of it that I found. I live in Malaysia, so sorry for the Asian twist on it.

Seafood guy was not in on it. Otherwise, how would they know the value of the seafood taken? Now if the package was crab legs yet coded/priced as mussels, you could make that claim.

Note that as he walks in he taps one of his buds coming out in line. So, you see there . . . he knows he is supposed to check out through the line.

As for the seafood guy, getting the item to Crabeis quickly doesn't really tell me that he is in on the theft (although he likely is). What it tells me is that Crabeis regularly picks up seafood from there. Which means he has been stealing it regularly.

One more thing. Note his checkout path. He obviously avoided the lines and walked past the front office. At most Publix that I go to, it takes a conscious effort to do that.

Fsu fans justifying the situation by saying he only got a citation. That is infuriating especially after seeing the video and the likelihood that this wasn't a first time. I would like a little more attention paid by the media to that aspect as well. I mean technicallyhe sstill has a clean record despite stealing twice and shooting out Windows. Wth?
