I think it would be up to the owners just like the forcing of him selling his team. I think the other owners would be scared this could happen to them if they start a chain of allowing mass contracts to open...then again they could also make a play for the free agents too. Should be interesting to see. I personally think they vote him out of the league so this will never have to come about. He should be putting a for sale sign on his team soon.

I think Mark Cuban is spot on that forcing Sterling to sell his franchise is a bad precedent. What Sterling did was abhorrent but we live in a country where you have the freedom to be an idiot. If they force Sterling to sell then it creates a slippery slope for owners on forcing out other owners.

I definitely agree with that. Especially when in the scheme of things what he said (while dispicable) pale in comparison to his actual actions 8-10 years ago of keeping black people from renting from him. If they had tried to do this back then, I think would have been much more appropriate. In the end I have no problem with ousting him as an owner as he's been terrible at owning a team as well as being a person, but definitely a slippery slope.

It's all over the radio. I'm sure you could find it by googling for it.

Sterling will not sell his team, and will sue the NBA if they attempt to force him out. He is waiting to see what the owners vote on, then the shit will hit the fan.

Sterling will sue, mark my words.
