That the NC is a long shot for the Gators and we have a ways to go... They were all on our nuts last year, now they are just absolutely hating like it's going out of style. Yeah, we lost the sugar bowl, but that makes us a bad team this year?

Just embrace it man. Personally, I want to be disrespected by the media every week.

Chris Fowler has hated us since the early 90's. How do I know? Saw him after a Florida game and asked him why the hate? He disliked Spurrier and what he was about. Fowler is a Colorado grad and that probably adds to his bitterness..

i think it's better to be disrespected - more likely to adopt a "something to prove" attitude.

That is why I went Cold Turkey on sports talk and ESPN. Life is so much happier, fans need to try it. I can judge stuff for myself, I have eyes.

Oh, I don't really care. It might be the homer in me, but I feel I'm being pretty subjective here, but I feel it discredits the rest of their opinions because THEY can't be subjective.

Really? I see anyone outside of the preseason top 5 as a long shot for the NC game.

If we beat Miami easily, the experts will become our biggest fans.

OBOB beat me to it, but the NC is a long shot for nearly every team.

With our schedule, style of offense and QB, and lack of playmakers on the outside, I would also consider us a longshot at the NC.

I have no problem with anyone calling it like they see it...

That being said, anyone outside of Alabama can also be considered a long shot.
