Espn's "panel of experts" got together and voted on what programs would have the most success over the next three seasons.

    Florida checks in at #5:

Whether or not you agree with the outcomes, I liked the attempt, at least, or the process they used to rank each school. Its interesting to see what they think the strengths of each program are and, because they gave us all the ratings, you can make comparisons between how they view different aspects of different programs.

I thought it was interesting (and good) to see that they had Florida's "program power" rating as ranking pretty highly compared to schools like Arizona even - only .2 behind Indiana actually.

They also rank Billy as the 4th best coach behind only K, Pitino and Izzo.

The overall top 10 looks like this:

    Duke
    UK
    Kansas
    UL
    Florida
    Michigan St.
    Arizona
    Syracuse
    UNC
    Ohio State

    - UNC being 9th shows how poor a job Roy is doing at one of the easiest schools to succeed at.

It is interesting to me that they do not start a coaching rating decay factor for Duke. I guess they view Krzyzewski as the only coach in history who will not suffer such a decline. Heck I think we are 10 years into the Duke decline and had he not had a fortunate team slip into a tourney title a few years back, people might be noticing it.

I thought this was going to be a thread about the Chicago Mercantile Exchange

This Ben Simmons fellow sounds like a heck of a big man. I'm sure he'll enjoy playing at Louisiana Tech or Maine or whatever non-competitive school to which we'll bafflingly finish second.
